The MemeDB was a meme database used by many [[Chewbotcca]] bots. Users could submit memes via a Google Form, and it was hosted through GitHub pages. It was shut down sometime after April 24th, 2018.

== Usage in Chewbotcca bots ==

The Meme DB was used in multiple Chewbotcca bots, including [[Chewbotcca for Discord (Legacy)]]<ref>[https://github.com/Chewbotcca/Discord-Legacy/blob/master/lib/plugins/memedb.rb MemeDB Command in the Discord bot]</ref> and [[ChewbotccaIRC]]<ref>[https://github.com/Chewbotcca/IRC/blob/28ac232d75ef81a286f63c51bba5d250acc1e316/plugins/memedb.rb MemeDB in the IRC bot]</ref>. Users could run the respective bots' <code>memedb</code> command to get a meme from the MemeDB.

== Deprecation ==

Once [[Memerator]] came about and started to gain traction, the MemeDB was slowly discontinued.
