GitHubIRCTopicBot as the name implies, was a bot that updated the topic of an IRC channel based on GitHub changes. The repository description is "A bot to automatically set current issue/pull request count in the IRC topic. Requires notifico." It was abandoned past April 2018, and the repository was archived on May 31, 2020.
