ChewbotccaIRC was a bot for IRC written in the cinch Ruby IRC library. It was archived on GitHub on June 6th, 2020.
Pre-Development
ChewbotccaIRC started on June 15th, 2017 during Chew's break from Discord. It was designed to be a copy of Chewbotcca for Discord (the original bot that was in development prior to her departure) and porting of commands from CloudBot, an IRC bot written in Python. It was primarily used on ChewChat, Chew's IRC Network, but was also available on other networks such as Freenode, EsperNet, and SpigotMC IRC.
Commands
ChewbotccaIRC was home to many commands. Its documentation is here. A lot of the commands came from either Chewbotcca for Discord or CloudBot.
Later Stages
Upon Chew's return to Discord, the IRC bot as well as ChewChat slowly began to become less active and eventually both were abandoned entirely. On June 6th, 2020, the repository was archived. There are currently no plans to bring it back (in its current state). Though Chew has jokingly stated it may come back rewritten in KittehIRCClientLib.
