Alonzo Purr, commonly referred to as "Alonzo" or just "Lonzo" is a cat owned by Sammy and her family.
Early life
Alonzo was born in Sammy's backyard during a vacation, as well as other cats in the litter, so his exact birth date can only be narrowed down to a week. All of the cats were put up for adoption, including Alonzo. However, once he was adopted, he ended up running away and returning to Sammy and her family, where he remained since.
Upon his return, he was kept outside for about two years. He was neutered, which resulted in part of his left ear being clipped to indicate this. Despite being outside, he was continuously fed food by Sammy's family.
Current life
Since moving inside, he has stayed inside, and often either snuggles with Sammy's mom, or stays inside a cat house or on a bed.
He begrudgingly gets along with Sammy's two dogs, Daisy and Charlie. Charlie once played around Alonzo, who decided it was not play time and fought back. As a result, Charlie does not mess with Alonzo.
Once, while the three of them were playing outside, the dogs cornered Alonzo by the pool. As a last resort, he hopped into the pool and swam to the other side to escape them. The dogs only stood in confusion watching what they never expected to happen.
