Chew is Chew's YouTube channel. It was created on May 19th, 2011.[1] Its last upload was almost 3 years ago.[2]

Content

Chew's content has varied over the years. While most videos are now private or unlisted, some do remain.

Epic Fail Sammy!

Epic Fail Sammy! is the oldest video on Chew's channel. It was uploaded over a decade ago on February 3rd, 2012.[3] Because of how old the video is, the resolution is only 240p.

"How To X"

As a parody of HowToBasic, Chew had a mini-series on how to do specific things. Most of these videos are now private, but "How to Feed Your Bearded Dragon", a video where Chew feeds her friend minigressetts's bearded dragon, and "How to Easily Question Life", a video made using Scratch, remain.

Gaming Content

Chew has one gaming-related video where she played Mineplex, a Minecraft mini-game server. All future videos have been moved to ChewGaming.

Slowed-Down Videos

Chew decided to take two popular music videos at the time, those for "We Are Number One" from Lazytown, and "Let it Grow" from The Lorax, and slowed them down to 1% speed, making them incredibly long. These videos had a surprising amount of success, scoring 6,000+ views between them.

The Orchestra of Cats, Penguins, and Computers

Entering and them promptly exiting her brief music career, Chew spawned the Orchestra of Cats, Penguins, and Computers. This would replace instruments in popular songs with either a cat meowing, Pengu's "noot" noise, or the Windows XP error sound. Only six videos would be produced. The songs are as follows:

Everything Keeps Dying in a Tornado

On April 1st, 2017, as an April fools video, Chew would take then-popular "history of Japan" by Bill Wurtz and replace parts with "died in a tornado" as seen in the original video[4], where it would face tremendous success. Shortly after, Bill Wurtz would upload "History of the entire world, I guess" which Chew promptly did the same treatment to and uploaded on May 14th, 2017[5], where it would immediately become extremely successful, amassing a total of nearly 300,000 views.

After this, Chew would make a followup video, "missed opportunities in history of the entire world but everything keeps dying in a tornado" 2 weeks later on May 27th, 2017.[6] Another two weeks later, on June 6th, 2017, she would upload a compilation of Bill Wurtz shorts in "bill wurtz shorts but everything keeps dying in a tornado. Vol. 1"[7]

On July 6th, 2017, Bill Wurtz would upload "hi, im steve". A few hours later, Chew would upload her "hi, im steve.. but everything keeps dying in a tornado."[8]

Chew would upload 4 more tornado related videos, one of which was an edit to a jacksfilms video, before finally concluding the series once the last video only had 1000 views. Altogether, they amassed over 525,000 views, about 80% of her total views.

YouTube Poops

Chew briefly got into making YouTube Poops (or YTPs). She only ended up making 3 videos, 1 involving Bill Wurtz, 2 involving jacksfilms (a YTP tennis with MrJoCrafter.)

Meme Era

After the tornado era was over, Chew briefly uploaded random edits, none of which really amassing a large amount views, before she finally uploaded her last video "weird minecraft bug" on August 6th, 2020.[9]

Trivia
